
The training function of the CAFOM Group is managed centrally from headquarters, with local HR representatives in the various regions. In 2023, the group created the CAFOM Academy, an internal structure dedicated to skills development and professionalization of teams.
Before quarksUp was implemented, training management was based on practices that varied from one region to another. "There were as many training plans and budgets as there were companies," explains Serge Salini, Group HR Director. Training plans were consolidated manually, budget monitoring was difficult to make reliable, and traceability was limited.
