Background and challenges

Before deploying the quarksUp HRIS, the Cofimé Group used internally developed tools, shared servers, and Excel files to manage absences, performance reviews, and training. These manual practices made management difficult and led to inconsistencies in data management. "We needed to centralize information, harmonize our practices across different sites, and make HR data more accessible and usable," explains Anne-Claire Batt, HR Manager.

The project's priorities:

Centralize HR data and employee files;
Standardize HR processes across sites to improve consistency;
Structure the management of training and the annual plan;
Provide managers with greater visibility into training programs, evaluations, and leave;
Streamline internal communication through a single employee portal.

The HR File module for centralizing employee data;
The Absences module to formalize and standardize requests;
The Onboarding module to structure a consistent integration process;
The Training module to centralize and digitize the management of the training plan, catalog, and budget;
The Career module to harmonize interviews and track career paths.
