Background and challenges

Before implementing quarksUp, Yvelin's HR teams used several tools, including the Sage suite. Sagesuite, mainly for payroll and training management. But over the years, this solution no longer met operational needs and HR management challenges:

"We operated in a traditional manner. Interviews were conducted in Word, follow-ups were consolidated in Excel... and the Sage modules did not allow us to automate or utilize the data."

The main challenges were clear:

Replace Sage tools that have become limiting for HR management
Modernize the management of annual reviews and leverage associated data (skills, psychosocial risks, performance)
Centralize all employee information in a single solution
Automate administrative tasks and facilitate communication with employees
Provide managers and employees with a more seamless, intuitive, and modern experience

The quarksUp solution

After extensive market research, quarksUp was chosen.

The main challenges were clear:

A solution designed for HR, intuitive and easy to use

A pragmatic and collaborative approach between the Yvelin and quarksUp teams focused on understanding needs in the field.

The project was carried out in three stages. It began with the Interviews module, which enabled the digitization of annual evaluation campaigns and the integration of components related to psychosocial risk prevention and skills analysis.

Yvelin then deployed the Training module, which centralizes all training activities: compiling a catalog of internal and external training courses, gathering requirements, monitoring budgets and administration, and conducting evaluations.

Finally, the HR team implemented the HR File and Onboarding module, enabling the automation of pre-hiring processes and the automatic generation of HR documents (contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.)—a considerable time saver on a daily basis.
