The project was carried out in three stages. It began with the Interviews module, which enabled the digitization of annual evaluation campaigns and the integration of components related to psychosocial risk prevention and skills analysis.
Yvelin then deployed the Training module, which centralizes all training activities: compiling a catalog of internal and external training courses, gathering requirements, monitoring budgets and administration, and conducting evaluations.
Finally, the HR team implemented the HR File and Onboarding module, enabling the automation of pre-hiring processes and the automatic generation of HR documents (contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.)—a considerable time saver on a daily basis.
