
Before the implementation of quarksUp, HR management was based on manual and decentralized processes : paper forms, multiple email exchanges, and archiving in physical filing cabinets. Each hire required several hours of processing, absences were managed using paper forms that had to be signed and handed in, and there was a lack of overall visibility across teams.

The teams first implemented the HR File, Absences and Times (partner solution). In a second phase, the Onboarding module was deployed to automate and streamline the management of new hires.
Today, every employee has a personal portal to manage their absences, view their documents, and update their personal data. Managers, meanwhile, have a consolidated view of their teams and schedules.
The HR team manages all employee files from the same secure environment, ensuring that data is always up to date and compliance is controlled.
